These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Melochip, creating content, participating in community areas, and purchasing Melochip Pro.

Effective date: September 14, 2026

Using Melochip

Melochip provides technical learning, community Q&A, utilities, tool discovery, profile, portfolio, resume, and subscription features. You must use the service lawfully, provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to access.

Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for activity on your account. Melochip may require email verification, password confirmation, security checks, or other safeguards before allowing sensitive actions such as billing changes, account changes, or admin workflows.

User content and permissions

You retain rights you hold in content you submit. By submitting, publishing, or uploading content to Melochip, you grant Melochip the permission needed to host, store, display, reproduce, moderate, back up, and operate that content as part of the relevant platform feature. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

Community conduct

Community contributions should be relevant, respectful, technically useful, and free of spam, abuse, malware, secrets, private keys, credentials, unlawful material, harassment, impersonation, or attempts to disrupt the service. Melochip may moderate, restrict, remove, or preserve content when needed for safety, compliance, or platform integrity.

Subscriptions and billing

Melochip Pro is a paid digital subscription. India checkout may be processed through Razorpay, while international checkout may be processed through Paddle after Paddle is enabled. Prices, currencies, taxes, payment methods, and availability may vary by billing country and provider. Pro access begins only after payment confirmation.

Cancellations and refunds

Subscription cancellation and refund handling are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Payment-provider requirements, tax rules, and local law may affect the final handling of a billing request.

Third-party services

Melochip may link to or integrate with third-party services, payment providers, authentication providers, hosting providers, and external tools. Those services are controlled by their own terms and policies. Melochip is not responsible for third-party content, outages, or provider decisions.

Availability and changes

Melochip may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, plans, provider integrations, or content areas. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Safety and enforcement

Melochip may restrict, suspend, or deactivate accounts, content, or access when needed to protect users, comply with law, resolve billing or security issues, prevent abuse, or preserve platform integrity.
